Cancellation and Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to confirm and reserve your appointment, which will be applied to your total service cost. If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be credited to your account for future services. To reschedule or cancel, a 48-hour notice during business hours is required to avoid losing your deposit and incurring a 50% charge of the service booked. No-show appointments will incur a full charge for the reserved services. Your understanding is appreciated as we strive to provide exceptional service.

I’ve been going to Diana for 1.5 years, mainly for a cut and root touch up. She never disappoints! She’s very detailed and listens to what you want, but also grounds you with reality given your hair type. When I first wanted to do full color, I had an idea of what I wanted and brought inspo pics to her. She was super helpful in helping me find a color that actually worked for my skintone and I ended up loving it. So much so that I’ve kept the same color since then. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my cut and color ever since switching to Diana. On top of being amazing at what she does, she’s also so sweet and easy to talk to. Each visit is like seeing an old friend. Her studio is cute, clean and is always stocked with snacks. Plenty of parking as well. Diana also sells her own products. When my hair was going through a rough and dry phase, I asked her for recommendations. She mentioned her own products and another well known brand. I chose to try hers and I’m so glad I did.
